Each year, squad members participate in a video analysis session. Each swimming stroke is analysed (above-water and underwater), and a feedback sheet is provided to each individual. This allows the swimmer to correct their stroke faults and improve their technique throughout the season, and repeat the filming to see if their issues have been corrected. Specific drills are given to each individual athlete.
